Extended Delays: If an unexpected delay exceeds your estimated delivery window by more than 2 weeks, our team will proactively reach out to offer you the option to proceed with your order, switch to an alternative item, or receive store credit.
In rare cases where unforeseen circumstances prevent us from fulfilling a specific ordered item, our customer support team will contact you immediately to offer an alternative design or full store credit.
Address Updates: You may request an address modification only if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once shipped, address changes cannot be accommodated.
Tracking Your Package: As soon as your order is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated email containing your package’s tracking number and direct tracking link.
