As we ship your orders via third-party shipment agencies, we want to ensure that the parcel reaches you intact and in good condition. As all our outfits are handcrafted, it takes us 15-20 working days from the date of order placement to dispatch domestic as well as international orders.
There may be an extra 10-15 day delay in order dispatch due to volume orders during season time, festivals, and sometimes due to any unforeseen and avoidable circumstances such as political unrest, public curfews, containment zones, etc. In such cases, our team shall inform you about the delay via mail or call.
