  1. Product Defects: In the exceptional case of a defective item, a refund will be processed (Opening video must require).
  2. Unfulfilled Exchange Requests: If an exchange request cannot be accommodated, we will offer a refund.
  3. Extended Delivery Delays: If there is a significant delay beyond our communicated delivery timeline in pre-booking items, a refund may be issued.

  4. Wrong Product Received: If you receive an item that does not match your order &  we will gladly initiate a refund.(opening video must require)

 Our goal is to provide a seamless and satisfying shopping experience, and we are here to assist you with any questions or concerns. Thank you for understanding our policy as we aim to serve all our customers with care and fairness, refund will be processed within 7 working days. Please note our working hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM (excluding public holidays). An opening video is required for verification.
